The VCAR series of Cylindrical Actuators constitute nearly 80% of the market ,they can productce a high force with a high acceleration rates.Peak Forces range for 0.7N to 3000N.Typically ,their stroke length is less than 50mm The VCAR Series Actuators Applications include valve Actuators,Z Axis pick and place,small accurate positive displacement metering pumps and both vibrators and active vibration dampening systems. Applications for Voice Coil Motors (VCM) in automated robotic arms include precision motion control utilizing their unique characteristics.The VCM is a compact, high-speed motor with low resolution but extremely fast response times, making it ideal for a variety of applications in robotic arm systems.
The VCM's fast response and precise control allows for smooth and accurate joint motion.
In addition, VCMs can be used in the gripper or end effector of a robotic arm. the gripper is used to grasp and manipulate the object, while the VCM provides the force and control necessary to safely grasp and release the object. the high-speed performance of the VCM allows for fast grasp and release movements, which improves the operational efficiency of the robot arm.
Another application of the VCM in a robotic arm is tracking and tracing tasks. the VCM can be used to control the orientation of sensors or cameras mounted on the robotic arm. This allows the robotic arm to accurately track and follow objects or perform tasks that require precise positioning and alignment.
