2. Lorentz force: When energized through a coil, the current generates a magnetic field inside the coil, which interacts with a fixed magnetic field. According to Lorentz's law of force, electric current is subjected to a force in a magnetic field, causing the coil to move. The direction of motion of the coil is related to the direction of the current, magnetic field, and the position of the coil itself.
3. Motion conduction: The coil is connected to the required moving components through a mechanical structure, such as pistons, valves, platforms, etc. The effect of Lorentz force causes the coil to move in a straight line, which in turn drives the connected moving components to move accordingly.
4. Bidirectional motion: The output shaft type voice coil motor can achieve bidirectional motion, that is, the direction of coil motion can be controlled by controlling the direction of current. This allows the motor to move back and forth on one axis, achieving precise positioning and control.
5. Closed loop control: In order to achieve higher accuracy, sensors can be installed in the motor to monitor the position of the coil in real-time. These feedback information can be used in closed-loop control systems to enable the motor to adjust according to actual position, thereby achieving more accurate motion control.
